As an AX Developer, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the growth and expansion of our Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 ERP systems. You’ll leverage your experience in a manufacturing setting to develop and implement business solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. • Lead the design, development, and implementation of business solutions for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 ERP systems.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions with a focus on manufacturing processes.
• Support and enhance AX system functionality, ensuring smooth integration across departments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions and provide ongoing system support.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, solution-driven environment.

We are seeking an experienced AX Developer with a proven background in manufacturing environments. If you're a skilled developer who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys taking on new challenges, we want to hear from you.

• Required:
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 F&SCM, Dynamics 365 F&O, or AX 2012 is essential.
  • 5 years of programming experience using Microsoft Dynamics in a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX Object Oriented programming, including X , C#, Visual Studio, .NET, or other object-oriented programming languages.
  • Experience with supporting EDI, POs, Acks, ASNs, Invoices, and Inventory Advice.
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC processes and IT best practices with experience in analysis, design, coding, and report development within the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Strong skills in SQL Server and advanced SSRS report development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Access Database.

• Experience with Configure-to-Order and Make-to-Stock manufacturing processes, as well as Global Procurement, particularly within the furniture or home furnishings industry.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with eCommerce and/or Retail POS systems is a plus.
