Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Work with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems to maintain electrical integrity.
- Install, program, and maintain Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize machine performance and efficiency.
- Utilize Siemens machinery and components in daily operations.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role.
- Strong PLC troubleshooting skills and experience with Programmable Logic Controllers.
- Knowledge of 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
- Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Servo Motors.
- Familiarity with Siemens machinery and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications or licenses preferred.
