Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through regular bussing.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards to guarantee guest safety.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Server or in guest services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary basics is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed to maintain service efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1.00 - $3.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
