We’re looking for an enthusiastic and personable Host/Maitre d' to join our team! If you're a people person with a big personality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Compensation: $25/hour Commission (Potential to earn up to $1,000 in 3 days)
Schedule: Friday-Sunday 12-9pm
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Directing guests between multiple areas and locations within the restaurant
- Upselling reservations and sushi boxes to boost sales and earn commission
- Managing reservations and ensuring smooth guest flow
- Assisting with any special requests or guest needs
Ideal Candidate:
- Extremely personable with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Has a big personality and is comfortable engaging with all types of guests
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Works well in a fastpaced, dynamic restaurant environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required
