Sushi by Bou is seeking a Regional Operations Director to oversee our South Florida locations. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence, enhancing guest experiences and leading a talented team, all while ensuring the growth and success of our dynamic brand.
Compensation: $75,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for host venue General Managers, ensuring smooth daytoday operations, troubleshooting issues and adhering to host venue policies
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple venues, ensuring staffing needs are met and all venuerelated activities are efficiently managed
- Supervise food and beverage ordering, inventory management and cost analysis to ensure profitability
- Maintain tight control over food, liquor, and labor costs
- Ensure captains at each location lead operations effectively and maintain high service standards
- Manage weekly payroll and staffing schedules
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing training to staff members at all levels
- Oversee and refine staff training programs for all positions
- P&L management of each venue
- Develop and implement effective inventory protocols and storage solutions
- Provide ontheground support and coverage as needed to ensure smooth operations at each venue
Requirements:
- 3 years of food and beverage management experience
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills
- Must be able to work 5060 hours per week, with flexibility based on venue needs
- Must be willing to travel as needed
- Previous experience with Japanese cuisine and beverages preferred
