What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservationist position at Sushi by Bou Global LLC?
This position offers a hybrid schedule of 20-25 hours per week, with 2 in-person and 2 remote days.
Compensation: $22 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome as they arrive at the sushi speakeasy
- Guide guests through our unique entrance, enhancing their anticipation for the dining experience ahead
- Manage and coordinate reservations via phone and email, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling
- Provide information about our menu, special offerings and events to guests
- Collaborate with the frontofhouse team to maintain a smooth flow of service
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a hospitality or service role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
