Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist servers by communicating effectively regarding order status and any special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order tracking and communication with the kitchen.
- Provide excellent guest services by being attentive to guests' needs and responding promptly to inquiries.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries or reservations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for customer service and enhancing guest relations within the dining experience.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
