Waiter/Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the cash register system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring high guest relations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Follow all food handling guidelines to maintain safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is highly desirable.
• Strong math skills for processing payments accurately using the cash register.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and teamwork.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to help others, including kitchen staff when needed.
