Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of beverage service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious cocktails, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Bartenders will also be hybrid servers for guest during lunch service 11:00am- 2:00pm . Dinner service 5:00pm - 10:00pm, will require bartenders to attend and serve guest food at the bar.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Manage cash handling and accurately process transactions using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and enhance their experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage stock rotation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes to provide informed suggestions to guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with proficiency in POS systems.
- Basic math skills for managing transactions and inventory calculations.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and food safety practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
