As a Busser, you will work closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to provide exceptional service and maintain the overall efficiency of our food service operations.
Duties
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist waitstaff by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing any necessary support during service.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services as needed.
- Ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer needs or concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
