Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your main duties will include washing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment, as well as assisting with basic food preparation tasks.
Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Ensure that all dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen area
- Assist culinary staff with various tasks as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
