Duties
- Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Ensure all kitchenware is cleaned thoroughly and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling.
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours by providing clean dishes and utensils promptly.
- Dispose of waste properly and assist in maintaining an organized kitchen environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
