Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, adhering to food safety and handling regulations.
- Utilize proper knife skills for precise cutting techniques essential for sushi preparation.
- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed, contributing to overall kitchen operations.
