We're looking for a creative and talented individual who is skilled in both preparation and presentation of sushi. We are seeking a Sushi Chef who can demonstrate a mastery of knife skills, as well as an ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and have previous experience running their own sushi joint.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team.
- Have knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
- Have knowledge of general kitchen safety protocols.
- Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.
- Work in a clean environment.
- Demonstrate proper knife handling skills.
