Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Take Out team member to join our restaurant in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, ensuring a positive experience for customers during the take-out process.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take phone orders accurately and efficiently
- Process orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Package orders neatly and ensure accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the take-out area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation
- Uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS, is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
