Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
- Assist with catering events or banquets as required, providing excellent service throughout the occasion.
Skills
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems for order processing.
- Strong bartending skills with knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Experience in food service or catering environments is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts related to inventory control is beneficial.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
