As a Busser, you will assist the waitstaff and contribute to an exceptional dining experience by maintaining the cleanliness of tables and the overall restaurant space.
Duties
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next patrons.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, bringing out food, and providing any necessary support during service.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or busy shifts.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service industry.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food service operations and customer service principles is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
