We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team at a bustling restaurant in the heart of the city. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and accurately input them into our POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring that all dishes are presented attractively.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including ensuring that tables and floors are clear and tidy.
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently, accurately processing payments and managing cash handling duties.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales and enhance the dining experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate knowledge of our menu and drinks, making recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, demonstrating excellent guest relations and teamwork skills.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or nightclub setting.
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tables.
- Proficiency with POS systems, including OpenTable.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Experience with upselling and promoting menu items and promotions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to excellent service standards.
