Head Sushi Chef

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties:
- Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Monitor and manage inventory of sushi ingredients
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Create visually appealing and delicious sushi dishes
- Stay updated on current culinary trends in the sushi industry

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and traditional sushi preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
