We're hiring a Banquet Captain to join our dedicated team of professionals. In this role, you'll:
- Assist the Banquet Manager with the overall supervision of banquet and event service staff while ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service for all guests at event and banquet functions.
- Assist with proper and efficient management of the Banquet Department.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Supervise and assist with event and meeting set up and tear down.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
