Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Utilize creative and innovative methods to engage students and promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect, trust, and communication among students, teachers, and parents.
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness and making adjustments to lesson plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, provide support, and ensure that the educational program aligns with the school's mission and values.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and communicate with parents regularly to keep them informed of their child's educational journey.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest teaching methods, research, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Experience working with preschool students in a classroom setting.
- Proven ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of each student.
- Strong knowledge of literacy education and the importance of reading and writing in early childhood education.
