Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Provide high-quality caregiving to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and respect among students.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
- Strong skills in caregiving, first aid, and classroom management.
- Knowledge of developmental milestones for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that educate while entertaining young learners.
- Experience with toddler care or daycare settings is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $12.31 - $15.00 per hour
