Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to provide project management and field support services for dry utility projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, tracking, procurement, document control, quality assurance, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Functions
Contract Management: Read and enforce project contracts, standard or special provisions, and all project documents and client/customer requirements.
Project Approval: Approve construction master schedules, project budgets, subcontract agreements, and monthly pay applications for completed work.
Meetings: Attend progress meetings with owners/clients and internal teams to monitor project progress and address any issues or questions.
