Automotive Sales Manager / Finance Manager (Dual Role)
Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team in the dual role of Automotive Sales Manager and Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our sales efforts while being involved in finance and insurance transactions, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer. Whether you’re an experienced manager or an automotive sales professional eager to step into management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Assist with the finance and insurance processes, offering tailored financing options and promoting value-added products (e.g., warranties) ethically.
- Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
- Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
- Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
- Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
- Collaborate with our team to uphold our dealership’s reputation for excellence and fairness.
Requirements:
- Well-rounded experience in automotive sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Passion for delivering an excellent customer service experience.
- Previous management and finance experience within the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
