Flexible Schedule - The Job has enough responsibilities to be a full-time job, but we will also consider part-time work as well.

Automotive Title Clerk will handle information regarding motor vehicle registration and processes legal documents and other state-required documents in a timely matter. The Automotive Title Clerk will use computer programs such as Microsoft Office and automotive industry software systems to perform data entry duties along with filing and operating office equipment.

Job Duties Include:

• To process all new and used vehicle sales for registration in the state in which the vehicle will be titled including the preparation of tax documents. 
  
  
• To submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles. 

• To verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications. 

• To verify accuracy in the applicable legal documents to ensure that all information is accurate and complete. 

• To maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles. 

• To comply and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work. Report list to management including a current list of outstanding titles to the controller at the end of each month.
  
  
• Utilize scanning system to catalog and store documents.
  
  
• To maintain records and post purchases of new and used vehicles.

• Assist Office Manager and Controller with other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong Organizational skills
• High School diploma/equivalent or higher
• 2 years of PA title clerk experience is required
• PAA Certified and Notary Preferred
