Operations Representative

The Operations Representative is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the deposit operations function of the Bank.
Job Duties
- Maintains various account records
- Performs balancing and reconciling duties
- Maintains an awareness of computer applications and programs throughout the bank
- Handles complex and difficult customer inquiries
- Ensures quality service and effective and efficient operations support for internal and external customers
Skills and Experience
- Six (6) months of relevant bank operations or banking experience
- Good communication – in person, over the phone, and via email
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer and math skills
- One (1) year of relevant bank operations or banking experience (preferred)
