Personal Bankers are responsible for assisting customers with day to day bank transactions and opening accounts; as well as identifying and offering products and services to best fit their needs.
Job Duties
- Process routine financial business for customers accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide quality customer service; promptly address customer concerns
- Listen to customers and recommend solutions that best fit their needs; cross-sell and make referrals when appropriate
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers
- Maintain current knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and procedures
Skills and Abilities
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- Strong computer knowledge
- Proficient communication - in person, over the phone, and via email
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
- Minimum of two years of banking experience (preferred)
