Job Description:
The Personal Lines Account Manager is a full-time role located on-site in Lititz, PA. Daily tasks include managing personal insurance accounts, assisting clients with quotes, claims, and reviewing and updating policies. The role also involves collaborating with team members and insurance carriers to ensure client needs are adequately met.
Responsibilities:
- Work with prospects to obtain information and provide quotes
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, insurance carriers and agency partners
- Help clients with reviewing and updating their insurance policies
- Manage claims calls and help clients through the claims process
Requirements:
- Current Property & Casualty insurance license
- College degree or advanced education preferred
- At least two years of insurance service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
