Overview
Susquehanna is currently looking for an M365 Operations Engineer to join our Collaboration & Productivity Technologies team in our Philadelphia area headquarters. This person will help support our M365 environments and collaborate with user groups.
In this role, you will:

- Grow skills to develop proficiencies across all Collaboration and Productivity technologies
- Support, monitor and maintain our messaging and collaboration environments
- Partner with business and technical teams to support solutions that optimize, evolve, and secure our environment
- Develop and utilize scripting skills to complete tasks and responsibilities
- Partner with vendors to resolve issues and to plan implementations, future releases, exploration of new services
- Participate in our on-call rotation
- Understand, support and mature daily operational tasks
- Perform health checks, respond to request for assistance through multiple channels, triage and resolve or escalate issues as needed
- Assist in researching, preparing, and introducing technology changes to user communities
- Establish and support relationships with US and international locations
- Assist with documenting and publishing user & support documentation
- Participate and/or support Collaboration and Productivity Technology projects and initiatives
What we’re looking for
What we’re looking for:
- 3 years of Systems Administration experience within Microsoft 365
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a similar major preferred
- Experience automating processes and performing systems management tasks with PowerShell preferred
- Strong understanding of M365 application suite (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra)
- Experience with supporting the rollout/release of M365 tools and products across new user groups
- Ability to learn and grow new technologies/skills quickly
- Ability to take ownership and drive issues or tasks to completion
- Strong organizational and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical parties
- Strong ability to communicate and interact effectively with team members.
