We are seeking highly skilled Quantitative Strategy Developers to join our dynamic team. You'll partner closely with quantitative researchers to design, develop, test, and implement systematic trading strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong software development background combined with an affinity for quantitative analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize high-performance trading algorithms and strategies.
- Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure for efficient ingestion, processing, and analysis of large datasets to support research needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of trading systems.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of trading systems in real-time.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, including C , Python, and C#
- Experience with NumPy, pandas, or similar libraries
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of software development experience in a similar role within the quantitative trading industry
- Experience developing performance sensitive code
- Knowledge of numerical programming and high-performance computing methods
