Overview
Susquehanna is currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst to focus on technology related projects in our Global Private Equity Practice, Venture Capital, and Insurance and Reinsurance businesses. In this role, you will partner directly with these business team members, as well as with internal development teams and vendors to design & implement solutions that facilitate deal sourcing, deal creation, workflow management, analytics & reporting, and daily operations.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with our Global Private Equity team to learn their business and approach to deal sourcing, deal creation, and overall deal management
- Elicit business requirements and translate them into creative and practical solutions
- Document existing and future processes to assist in the understanding of systems
- Evaluate new and emerging technologies, including data sources
- Assist in the testing and rollout of new functionality; troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Manage users within a suite of different applications

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology and 1-4 years of professional experience
- Basic knowledge or interest in Private Equity, Sustainable Energy, or Insurance Sales
- Understands SDLC / Agile methodology; SQL and relational database skills preferred
- Experience with Qlikview, Power BI, or similar Business Intelligence platform a plus
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or other CRM a plus
