Responsibilities:
- Assist in planting trees, flowers, and shrubs.
- Apply mulch and other ground coverings.
- Maintain lawns and gardens by mowing, pruning, and watering.
- Install fencing
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiency
Requirements:
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic knowledge of gardening tools and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in landscaping is a plus.
