This role is primarily focused on marketing and communications, with light IT support responsibilities to assist with daily company operations.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing & Technology Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, website management, branding, and promotional content. Additionally, this position will assist with basic IT support tasks, such as troubleshooting minor technical issues, setting up company devices, and coordinating with external IT vendors.
This position is ideal for a marketing professional who is comfortable with technology and willing to learn light IT functions as part of their responsibilities. The IT-related duties in this role are limited in scope and do not require an advanced technical background. Training will be provided.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Create and manage content for social media, website updates, and marketing materials
- Design graphics, newsletters, and promotional materials that align with company branding
- Oversee photography and content collection for projects, events, and job sites
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for improvement
- Track marketing analytics to evaluate the success of campaigns
- Assist with client presentations, proposals, and event coordination
Basic IT Coordination
- Provide minor IT assistance, such as troubleshooting basic software and hardware issues (training provided)
- Set up and maintain company devices (computers, phones, etc.)
- Serve as a liaison between employees and external IT vendors for complex issues
- Maintain company accounts for software like Bluebeam, Zoom, and Microsoft (no programming or advanced technical work required)
- Help employees with basic technology questions and best practices
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or communications (construction industry experience a plus)
- Strong writing, design, and content development skills
- Experience managing social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns
- Highly proficient with social media analytics tools and marketing software
- Knowledgeable on current marketing trends and best practices
- Basic comfort with technology and willingness to learn light IT tasks (training provided)
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Apple products
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech
