Sustainability Partners (SP) is seeking a high-impact Strategic Sales Coach to develop and mentor our elite infrastructure sales teams focused on securing high-value, complex infrastructure projects across cities, counties, states, ports, schools, universities, and hospitals.
This is not a traditional sales training role. The ideal candidate must be a master strategist, deal architect, and high-stakes coach , capable of helping SP’s originators navigate multi-decision-maker sales environments and systematically remove, avoid, and minimize barriers posed by CFOs, procurement officers, elected officials, and facility managers —all while ensuring deals get closed efficiently and effectively .
Success in this role requires Extreme Ownership —you are not a passive trainer; you embed yourself in real deals, troubleshoot obstacles, and ensure originators consistently win .
