Sustainability Partners (SP) is seeking a highly motivated and technologically skilled Training and Development Manager to lead our efforts in scaling and enhancing the capabilities of our exceptional teams.
This role is integral to SP’s mission of transforming essential infrastructure from being in crises to being in a state of good repair. The ideal candidate will embrace SP’s culture of relentless improvement, extraordinary teamwork, and the drive to make a meaningful impact.
Take extreme ownership of all key staff having competency in SP: Value-Adds, FAQ, Legal, Procurement, Essential Infrastructure, Finance to earn trust of customers, vendors, and investors. If individuals are unable to achieve such level, make proactive recommendations for changes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement scalable training strategies aligned with SP’s rapid growth and mission to modernize essential infrastructure.
- Own the process of advancing the knowledge, competency, and teamwork of SP’s professionals to ensure “A-player” performance.
Curriculum Development:
- Create custom training programs that leverage the latest tools, including AI technologies and role-play methodologies, to provide personalized and impactful learning experiences.
- Design curriculum tailored to SP’s unique operations and business model, focusing on sustainability and innovative infrastructure solutions.
Team and Organizational Development:
- Foster a culture of extreme ownership, inspiring teams to exceed expectations and grow individually and collectively.
- Facilitate ongoing skill development to ensure SP teams operate at extraordinary levels of effectiveness.
Technology Utilization:
- Integrate advanced training technologies and scalable tools to maximize learning efficiency and feedback.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
Performance Tracking:
- Provide feedback on individual and team growth, accomplishments, and trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and overcome barriers to development, ensuring every team member achieves their potential.
Qualifications
· A minimum of five years of experience in training, five years in education, and five years in management.
· Proven track record in organizational development and mastery of scalable training methodologies.
· Strong technology skills, with experience leveraging AI and advanced educational tools.
· Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
· Demonstrated success working with diverse roles such as finance, legal, procurement, sales, marketing, engineers, city councils, and school boards.
· Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with a passion for advancing the success of others.

Salary Range: $100k - $180K
