SR Inc provides strategic advisory services to help management teams set goals, drive progress, and report results as they lead their organizations toward global sustainability leadership and decarbonization.
SR Inc seeks a 1-2 year experienced professional to fulfill our Associate role and help advance SR Inc ’s operations. We are looking for an outstandingly capable early career professional with a demonstrated commitment to greater sustainability and an ability to help timely organize and deliver multi-faceted responsibilities.
The role involves collaborating closely with SR Inc’s CEO to offer administrative support and assist the Managing Director to ensure the overall operational efficiency of the company. The Associate will be key in organizing events for SR Inc clients, including managing event registrations, logistics, and on-the-ground support. The Associate will also assist in maintaining SR Inc’s B Corp Certification, internal ESG strategy, and initiatives related to office management and employee culture.
The position will be based in downtown Boston, require 3 days in the Boston office, and require occasional travel throughout the country.
Job Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Provide administrative support to the CEO in promoting and coordinating company activities
- Provide CEO calendar management and scheduling support
Event Planning
- Participate in and help coordinate webinars and quarterly in-person events across the country (Boston, Denver, San Francisco, New York City and D.C.)
- Oversee planning for internal events such as quarterly symposia and the annual Summit, including marketing invitations, HubSpot management, registration, tech support, logistics, and travel
- Oversee planning for external industry events, including marketing invitations, HubSpot management, registration, logistics, and travel
- Develop a strong understanding of SR Inc’s offerings, member-client priorities, and strategic positioning to ensure all event-related communications and experiences reflect SR Inc's value and impact
- Work cross-functionally to ensure event content and delivery effectively communicate SR Inc’s advisory services, collaborative platforms, and thought leadership
- Recommend and effect industry event speaking engagements and event opportunities
Operational Excellence & Office Management
- Assist with maintaining the company’s B Corp Certification status
- Help advance SR Inc’s employee policies, resources and offerings
- Manage weekly team lunches
- Plan quarterly team outings and volunteer opportunities for the team
- Manage headquarters office space and internal systems
- Advance the company’s internal operations as they arise
Client Health Management
- Help manage new client and renewing client agreements, vendor processes, Hubspot accounts, invoicing, and onboarding to ensure satisfactory member experiences
Skills & Requirements:
- 1-2 years of successful corporate experience and references required
- Experience in administration and event planning

Compensation:
The Associate will be provided with a base salary between $50,000 - $60,000, health & dental insurance, retirement account with an employer match, transportation reimbursements, and three weeks of paid vacation, in addition to all national holidays and two 1-week company closing periods during the winter holiday season and Fourth of July week.
