Our company specializes in Solar Water Pumps that can be installed easily. The popular kits include a submersible pump that goes down the well, a controller, solar panels, and all the parts necessary to connect them together when in the field. We are passionate about getting more and more wells ‘off the grid’ powered by renewable energy, empowering and teaching customers how easy it is to DIY themselves.
RPS is positioned for a critical and exciting phase of company growth/expansion. We are searching for an experienced HR Leader who will partner with our leadership team through this transition to our shared future. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement talent and leadership development programs, including clear career pathways.
- Establish a positive and transparent performance management system focused on employee contribution and growth.
- Manage RPS's leadership development tools.
- Collaborate on strategic planning with the leadership team.
- Oversee recruitment (job descriptions and searches), compensation (salaries, benefits, and bonuses), and complex employee issues.
- Oversee the development of new HR policies and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (50 employees).
