Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Supervisor to join our team at Sustainable Beef. In this role, you will focus on labor relations, employee administration, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your expertise will be essential in managing employee records, administering benefits programs, and supporting employee relations.
As a leader in this role, you will collaborate with management to address personnel issues and ensure a positive, compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on employee administration, managing disciplinary actions, and resolving employee issues.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEOC.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance enrollment and open enrollment.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Support management training and employee development initiatives related to disciplinary action, and HR compliance.
- Oversee HR documentation and ensure integrity in employee data and record-keeping processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on labor relations and employee administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and motivate employees.
- Participate in training programs to improve skills.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
