Sub-Contractor cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented subcontractor cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and custodial services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, including luxury retail cleaning and commercial spaces. The cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are clean, sanitized, and presentable to clients and guests. This position requires availability and flexibility for early mornings and/or late night shifts. This position will be for a 1099 subcontractor role.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in commercial environments, including offices, retail stores, and other facilities.
• Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and buffing floors to maintain their appearance.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean background check.
• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with floor care procedures and products is desirable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Must have your own smart phone.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
• Must be comfortable using eco-friendly products.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
