Marketing Coordinator Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing and business development initiatives, including social media management, communications, website maintenance, proposal development, and strategic marketing support. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, who can effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Tasks:
- Maintain the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media management.
- Develop and edit marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Assist in tracking professional licensure, company registrations, and staff industry involvement.
- Support the creation and production of proposals, SOQs, and client presentations.
- Coordinate contract execution between clients and the leadership team.
- Manage and organize the content library, including prior proposals and marketing assets.
- Conduct research on clients, competitors, markets, and potential projects.
- Assist with event planning, trade shows, and business development meetings.
- Maintain CRM data and support business development activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for branded merchandise and marketing materials.
- Support leadership with strategic initiatives and internal coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role (AEC industry experience preferred).
- Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign experience required).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
