Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Education
- English, Writing, and Math Proficiency
- Excellent Computer and Typing Skills
- Be motivated. Ask questions. Learn quickly.
Be able to:
- Lift 60 lbs.
- Climb a 10 ft ladder.
- Work under pressure.
- Set priorities and manage time.
- Be flexible and respond to changes.
- Work easily with our point of sale.
- Commit and drive toward advancement opportunities.
Raises/ salary opportunities will be provided regularly according to productivity.
Primary Duties:
- Clean store and maintain displays.
- Check in orders, stock showroom, and accurately count inventory.
- Drive sales and build solid relationships by identifying, researching, and resolving customer concerns about:
- garden design
- nutrients
- schedules
- troubleshooting
- new products
