What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Sustainable Management, Inc.?
We are currently seeking a motivated, detail orientated individual to fill a Maintenance Technician part-time position on our maintenance team for our fantastic rental community located in Harrisonville, Missouri.
Qualified applicants should be self-starters with great people and time-management skills. Applicants MUST have a clean driving record, a clear criminal background and their own transportation. One year's experience is preferred, but not required.
Hours will be set at hire.
