- Leading and supporting restaurant and café leadership with oversight of daily operations across multiple locations.
- Developing, implementing, and executing processes for operational excellence in beverage service, food service, and guest experience.

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of multi-unit management experience leading 2 or more locations with oversight on front of house (hospitality) and back of house (culinary) operations
- 3 or more of leadership experience leading a team of 6 or more in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- 2 or more years of experience in food and beverage, upscale concept preferred
- Passion for guest service
- Valid Food Handlers Card and MAST Certification required.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, bar and wine preferred
- Working knowledge of P&L, financial reporting, inventory, operations, and customer service, required
- Ability to regularly exercise of independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Ability to coach and mentor leaders and team in all areas of the café bar
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS
- Work is performed primarily in a cafe setting with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift. Requires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
