As a bartender at Mr. West, you'll play a key role in delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests, mixing up delicious drinks and creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with skill and attention to detail
- Engage with customers, offering recommendations and sharing your passion for mixology
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team environment
- Ensure all safety and legal requirements are met, including checking IDs and adhering to alcohol service policies
Qualifications:
- Experience as a bartender in a fast-paced setting
- A genuine passion for mixology and willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
