Your Impact:
As our CFO, you will be a vital member of our executive team, collaborating closely with the CEO to influence the financial future of our expanding company. You will apply your expertise to:
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that fuel our growth and profitability.
- Financial Operations Excellence: Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Multi-State Financial Management: Navigate the complexities of multi-state operations, optimizing tax and compliance.
- Restaurant & Hospitality Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the industry to drive restaurant-level financial performance.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Risk Management & Treasury: Manage cash flow, mitigate financial risks, and optimize capital structure.
What You'll Bring:
- 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within the restaurant and hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience with multi-state financial management and POS systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Must be based in the Portland, Oregon area.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
