We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our property management team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain filing systems for tenant records, lease agreements, and other property-related documents.
- Assist with data entry and updates in property management software.
- Prepare correspondence, notices, and basic reports related to property management operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, vendors, and internal staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed.
- Perform general office tasks, such as sorting mail, scheduling meetings, and assisting with administrative projects.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or relevant coursework in business administration is a plus).
- Prior administrative, clerical, or office experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
