About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based structure. This role offers high-earning potential with uncapped commissions for driven sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
- Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to assess property damage and educate clients on restoration solutions.
- Guide clients through the insurance claims process when applicable, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Presentation of tailored solutions and closing of sales while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Tracking of leads, follow-up on prospects, and maintenance of an organized sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role (experience in restoration, construction, or insurance sales is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills to drive sales success.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own pipeline and schedule.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to project completion.
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Knowledge of property restoration, construction, or insurance claims is a bonus, but we will train the right candidate.
