Job Description
The Sales Representative - Central U.S. will assume regional responsibility for the established and growing territory covering the upper Midwest and Central U.S.
This role works to maximize value across markets served, primarily focused on providing agronomically sound solutions with economically rewarding outcomes for the company, our distributors, and our end-users.
- Develop, maintain and build relationships to strengthen partnerships with distributors and end-users.
- Increase revenue by generating new customers and selling additional products to the existing customer base.
- Provide superior customer service to all stakeholders.
Schedule customer appointments efficiently throughout a large geographic area. Manage schedule, including travel, throughout the assigned territory. Attend select national trade shows.
Qualifications/Requirements
A self-directed individual with high integrity and strong interpersonal skills is required.
- A minimum bachelor's degree in agronomy, horticulture, soil science or other related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant and proven sales or green industry related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding goals.
