Sutherland’s is currently seeking seasonal, part-time Retail Associates at its retail location in La Junta, Colorado. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Associates to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring that products are well-stocked and organized.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain an organized sales floor by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability.
