Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing lawn care operations, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality service in landscape maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care, tree care, and groundskeeping, along with excellent supervisory skills to lead a team effectively.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily lawn care activities, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Maintain and enhance landscapes by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.
- Build and install irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify maintenance needs.
- Train and mentor crew members on best practices in lawn care and landscape maintenance.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working condition for optimal performance.
- Communicate with clients regarding their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lawn care, tree care, or landscape maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of gardening techniques and groundskeeping practices.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
